BOV is a value retail community in central North Carolina, committed to preserving our original outlet history and increasing bargain shopping savings for our community and region.

Our new ownership, leasing, development and property management teams are now leading a redevelopment effort to improve the Center to better serve central North Carolina and regional shoppers.
